The Birch Bay Beach Park has been used for multiple community events including Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce events including Kite Festival in the past, and recently the Sand Sculpture Competition & Rollback Weekend Car Show.
A master plan has been approved by the county for the development of a full community park.

This park will offer picnic and recreation areas as well space to host future events.
