Beach Cat Brewery is a local favorite. With amazing views, local craft brews and a steady rotation of food trucks this awesome family-friendly location is centrally located in Birch Bay next to The Beach at Birch Bay, and open year round! Beach Cat Brewery, when you need a beer Right Meow! Dogs welcome too!

Bob’s Burgers and Brew

Located 10 mins from Birch Bay near the I-5 in Birch Bay Sqaure, Bob’s is American dining at it’s best. Big portions, lots of TV’s with sports, and a relaxed family feel. They have a large menu with lots of salads, burgers, and sandwiches. This location can get busy but service is usually prompt and the food very consistent.

CJ’s Beach House

CJ’s is one of the most centrally located restaurants in Birch Bay and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They offer multiple seafood dishes but also burgers and other fare. They have outdoor dining on their deck with a view of the bay (the road does run in-between so it’s a great spot for people watching). It can get quite busy due it’s central location, especially on weekends.

Great Blue Heron Grill

Located at the clubhouse for the Semiahmoo golf course the Great Blue Heron Grill serves up familiar, comfortable and approachable cuisine, prepared fresh daily. Diners will find the flavors subtle and the presentations clean and simple. You can come here for a quality burger post-golf or a more formal yet relaxed couples or date-night dinner.

G.O.A.T. Sandwiches

G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time) Sandwiches is a local Birch Bay Husband and Wife team where Justin makes the sandwiches, and Elizabeth Bakes. 

You can find them at downstairs at the American Legion Post #86 in Birch Bay from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM on Thursdays 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM  on Fridays and Saturdays for Breakfast from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Open to the public!

Shores Restaurant

Another bar style restaurant located right on the main strip is Shores. The atmosphere is friendly and it’s located right in the middle of multiple resort condos so it gets both local and tourist visitors. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with seafood, burgers, wraps, and more American style dining on the menu. They have outdoor dining as well with views of the bay.

SKAI Sushi

A take out only sushi restaurant located inside the Beachwood grocery store near the Birch Bay State Park entrance. They offer a menu full of popular sushi rolls, Nigiri, and more! A great place to pick up a quick to-go dinner to enjoy at the beach.

The Smokehouse at Station 49

The Smokehouse at Station 49 serves up delicious smoked meats, their signature smash burger and more! Pair your meal with a tasty beverage from The Saloon at Station 49!

Located in Birch Bay Square near exit 270 off I-5.
