By improving area relationships, we aim to make our neighborhoods safer by increasing connections between those who serve and our community. The ย Birch Bay Chamber of Commerce partners with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office and our Neighborhood Deputy to plan and promote National Night Out in Birch Bay.
